Vision Statement 
As we look to the future we will endeavor to maintain the high standard of excellence that was established when Ariel was built in 1984. We pledge to do our utmost to preserve our building and its amenities by prudently making the necessary investments of capital and energy to ensure that Ariel ages gracefully while remaining competitive with other modern developments. Our continuing vision is of a community where both our investments and quality of life are protected and where our home is recognized as a desirable place in which to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and neighbors.

 

Ariel Condominium Association, Inc., is responsible for the operation of the Condominium including the maintenance, repair and improvement of the common elements. The  Ariel Condominium Association will preserve and enhance the value of our property by maintaining the building’s infrastructure and amenities and following the governing documents (Declaration, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Policies) and applicable laws including FS 718 and FS 617. In addition to providing efficient, effective management of the Association, Ariel’s Board of Administrators will take a fair, ethical and objective approach to representing the interests of all homeowners. They will support transparency, owner involvement, problem-solving initiatives, and capital improvements aimed at promoting a sense of community, protecting property values and planning for the future.
